Noel Reed is pretty much a princess and not the heart of gold kind, but she seems to have a good heart when it comes to Luna and a selected few, she was also everyone's dream girl in appearance, she's pretty petite, blonde long silky smooth hair, perfect straight white teeth, tan skin with a pink ting to it, and big pools of blue eyes, and everyone loves her even when she can be cold hearted.
