Sorey could not have been more nervous than right now. Not even his first show was this never wracking, though it had made him pretty nervous, not as much as this. You may ask, what could possibly make him this nervous? Well a first date, that's what. Now the idea of a date didn't make him nervous but, the fact that he was going on a date with the guy he was head over heels for he was a wreck. This is the kind of effect Mikleo had on him. He knew he wasn't going to be able to get ready himself so he called an expert, Alisha. Her and Rose had had plenty of dates, she could help him, right? He really hopped so.
"So what did you need me help with Sorey?" "Umm, well, Mikleo and I are going on a date in a few hours and I don't know what to wear, what to say or do. I'm hopeless, I'm at a loss here. Please help me." "First, awww! You and Mikleo are going to look so cute together! Second, yeah I can help you. Follow me." Ignoring the giant blush that creeped on his face, Sorey followed Alisha upstairs. By the time they were done Alisha had given him pointers on what to say and do, also picked out what he was going to wear. Black and white converse, black skinny jeans, a black top with a blue button up shirt on top. He looked nice. While he finished locking up and headed over to Mikleo's house, Mikleo himself was running around trying to get ready because he over slept. Normally he wouldn't ever over sleep, but last night he was so excited he couldn't sleep. Now here he was rushing around, trying to get everything in order. He heard a knock on the door and froze, thank god he had just finshed getting ready. He opened the door and said hello to Sorey; but he just stared back. "He looks so good. Oh god how can he be hot and cute?" Sorey could feel the blush spread on his face. "Sorey?" He jumped slightly. "Huh? Oh, hey Mikleo." "Cool, real cool. I'm an idiot." His blush got worse. But he did look really cute, he was wearing black sneakers, white jeans, a teal shirt that had a white design on it, and a gold bracelet. "You know, we've been standing here for about five minutes, should we go?" "Huh? Oh! Yeah! let's go." "I've been staring at him for five minutes?! I probably looked like a creep. They started walking towards the, the, Mikleo realized he didn't know where Sorey was taking him. "Sorey, where are we going?" "That, Mikleo, is a surprise." "Huh?! But- but, I wanna know where we're going!" He sounded like a little kid. "Sorry, but it's a surprise. No matter how you ask me I won't tell you." "Hmm, fine. I trust you." "Good." Sorey grabbed Mikleo's hand and started running towards what seemed like a cave opening. They stepped inside, and Mikleo gasped. It was huge. There were all kinds of ruins around him. Mikleo got so excited he completely forgot that Sorey was there and started to run around, looking at every little thing. "I'm guessing you like it?" "Like it? I love it! How did you find this place?" "Well I used to come here a lot during collage, but I stopped coming. I thought since you like exploring ruins, I would bring you here." "Yeah! Wait, how did you know liked exploring ruins?" "Umm, well, I've never actually gone on a date before, so I asked Alisha for help and she mentioned that you liked learning about and exploring ruins." He could feel himself getting embarrassed. "Oh, well I love these ruins so its fine. Come on show me around! You said you've been here before, right?" "Oh! Yeah! Just follow me and I'll show everything I know of. Maybe we'll even find some things I haven't seen before." Sorey took Mikleo's hand and lead him the ruins. Sorey had thought that asking Alisha for help made him pretty lame. Little did he know Mikleo was just happy that Sorey had put this much effort and thought into their date. By the time they had had their fill of the ruins, the sun was setting. They realized they had spent all day in the ruins. Sorey was going to take Mikleo to lunch but he guessed it was dinner now. "Hey Mikleo, do you want to go grab something to eat?" "Sure." They left the ruins and headed to a little café downtown. They ate and chatted until it was dark out. They decided that they should probably head home. Sorey dropped Mikleo off first before he headed to his house. "Well, goodnight. I'll see you at work on Monday?" "Of course." Sorey started to walk away until Mikleo ran up to him and turned him around. Next thing Sorey knew, Mikleo's lips were on his. He was shocked at first, but eventually melted into the kiss and kissed back. They pulled apart and stared into each others eyes for a while. "Sorey, thank you. I had a lot of fun today, it was great. Let's do it again sometime." Mikleo turned and walked back to his house, looking back one more time smiling to Sorey. Sorey smiled back but was completely in a daze. He tripped three times on his way back to his house. When he got inside he put his to the door and slid down. "I can't believe Mikleo and I just kissed! He's a really good kisser." Sorey thought, while touching his lips. Mikleo had ran upstairs and flopped on his bed as soon as he shut the door. He screamed into his pillow in embarrassment. "I just kissed Sorey! I really kissed him! Ahh! I hope I didn't freak him out!" As the two boys freaked out they realized they wanted to kiss again, hug each other, and just be near each other. They couldn't wait until Monday.
