"W-Wait a minute" (y/n) said looking up to Snake, her face practically glowing as she was speaking. "So, you really do like me." she said to herself, facing downwards so that Snake couldn't see her eyes.
"(Y/N)" he said softly, he always seemed to be a lot quieter when he was talking for himself. (y/n) looked up to him slowly, her face looking embarrassed once again, how many times this happened was getting to be a bit to much for her.
"Yes." she said looking up to him, straight in the eye, which was kind of nerve wrecking.
Snake lowered himself once again and placed a kiss on her lips once again, though this time wasn't as sudden as the last one. It wasn't as bad, and was actually kind of nice. It was true that (y/n) was in love, there was no way of denying it. The thought on Snake falling in love with someone was a whole other story though.
"(y/n) he whispered as he pulled away from her. "hmm" she said back to him. "I love you." his words were delicate and quiet as he spoke.
"I love you too." She said, louder than he had said it, (y/n) was never known for being a quiet person all the time. She grabbed Snake suddenly and pulled him as close as she could, which was awfully close.
"Hey, um, let's go back to the tent for a bit."(y/n) said grabbing his hand and walking away with him They walked together holding hands, some of the others at the circus were giving them strange looks, though it didn't matter to either of them it would seem.
Once they got back to the tent, they both sat down on the edge of the bed, still holding hands with once another. It was quiet there, well as quiet as it could be with that many snakes roaming around.
"So, what does this mean for the two of us exactly?" (y/n) questioned, turning to look at Snake with a light shinning in her eyes it would seem. She had waited for this moment for to long now, and wasn't going to let a second go to waste.
"I'm not exactly sure at the moment... says Emily." Snake said looking down with a questioning look.
"Snake, I hate to sound rude to Emily, though I want to hear what you think, especially when we are talking about our relationship. I know it is hard enough for you, though I want to here what you have to say" She said grasping his hands and looking him straight in the eyes. It was pretty obvious that Snake was nervous again. He usually got nervous when he was told to speak for himself. (y/n) was going to have to break that, around her at the least.
"W-Well, I'm not that sure either." He said quietly, (y/n) was barely was able to hear him well though. Even though she couldn't hear him, she smiled at him. It was nice to hear Snake talk to her, no matter how quiet it really was.
"I think that one could say that we are dating now." (Y/N) said with confidence shinning through her. She was just a beam of light, all the time, and Snake loved her for it. Snake smiled a small bit, it wasn't much, but it was something that didn't happen often. Rare enough to make the occasion special.
"Right" said Snake, still smiling like he was before. (Y/N) couldn't help herself smiling. This was easily the greatest thing that has ever happened to her, there was no doubt. (Y/N) threw herself at snake, knocking him down onto the bed. Snake couldn't help himself from laughing as he went back first onto the bed.
"We have to tell everyone okay. What do you they will think? Will they will be okay with it? What if they aren't?"
"You're asking to many questions... says Webster." Snake said looking her straight in the eyes, cutting her off from asking the next question. She stopped in her speech to look properly at him then shut her mouth quickly.
"You're right, there are so many things happening, I guess I am just really excited and nervous at the same time, that probably it. I rant a lot when I get excited, which I am sure you have noticed. You have spent a lot of time talking to me. I wonder how long i-"
"You're ranting on, just like you said... says Goethe." As Snake had said it, the snake that was talking lifted her head in order to look at (Y/N).
"Oops, sorry about that." (Y/N) said with a smile, a dorky smile, the one she normally has. It was something that made everyone around her happy. If only she knew how happy that smile could make someone feel, especially Snake. A ray of sunshine that lightened his life almost. That seemed realistic to him.
"How about we lay down for the day... Says Oscar." Snake said moving to go into a more comfortable position. (Y/N) decided to lay next to him in complete silence. For once, she didn't find the silence awkward, it was nice and calming to her.
"Do you think us being together is really okay?" She asked one more time, just to be sure.
"It will be fine. Stop asking so many questions... says Webster." Snake said closing his eyes and going quiet as he calmed down a little. It was still early, though it wouldn't hurt to sit alone with Snake for a while. You moved in even closer to Snake and closed your eyes and decided to rest a little while you could. Practice can wait.
