I sighed. I hate seeing my crush like this. He doesn't deserve all this crap he's getting. He's just an innocent middle schooler just like the rest of us. I started to tear up too. I pulled him in a tight embrace and whispered, "I won't let that happen to you again." I'm just doing the mom's job.
