“Please, just leave me alone” I quietly whispered. I looked down not staring her in the face. I hated myself right there for not standing up for myself. I just couldn't do it, it felt like something was holding me back.

“Girls let her go” Camila said, which made Mya and Vivian let go of my arms. “see you in class.” she continued, walking away but not before knocking down the books I had been clutching in my hands.

I bent down to pick my books, holding back my tears, so I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of seeing me upset.

It hurt even more when Skylar kicked my books around and a few of the guys joined in passing and kicking it around while I desperately tried to gather everything.

“C'mon piggy, go get it.” Camila shouted, making everyone around my locker laugh.

I was relieved when the bell rang for my first class and everyone began to leave. I gathered my books, they were ripped and ruined. I wanted to cry, I had already started the school year off on the wrong foot.

I couldn't take it anymore. I hated my life. I had to end this.
