Everything had been quiet since Justine had visited. The children had a nice holiday and Elektra had finally come to terms with the fact that her parents hate her. It was the calm before the storm.
The day Jody Jackson arrived at the Dumping Ground caused havoc for all of the residents and the care workers. She was boisterous, she was loud mouthed and she stunk.
Jody went with Gina and Tracy to have a much needed bath. While this was happening Aurora, Lydia, Tyler and Rick were all sitting in the little hidden area behind the trees.
"So, what do you think about the new girl?" Lydia asked
"She seems a bit loud. I reckon she'll be trouble." Rick said
"Cut the girl some slack Ricardo. She's been taken away from her family and to be honest she looks like she's been through hell." Aurora said
"Well, I think it will be cool to have someone my age!" Tyler started. While Rick and Aurora shares a knowing look. "Don't get me wrong you guys are awesome but your old! Rick your almost 15." Tyler said.
"Jeez, thanks little man! But no offence but your nearly 11. It all goes crap once you reach secondary school." Rick said sarcastically
"He's right Ty!" Aurora said while Lydia nodded her head.
The whole day had been a disaster. Jody had ran away and tried to kill Carmen because she blamed her for destroying her clothes but it was actually Elektra.
Rick had gone into see Carmen and indirectly told her that it was Elektra. As well as making her feel bad for destroying all of his and Tyler's things all those months ago.
However a week or so had passed and Rick and Aurora's suspicions had been confirmed. Tyler and Jody became friends. Good friends. Just like that.
