these lucid thoughts,
these ludic dreams,
these stories stitched,
through the seam,

pricking a finger or two,

sewing the delicate garment as she went,
the daylight came, she had begun,
then twilight appeared, halfway done,
And midnight struck, with the final stitch,
Tying all her lucid thoughts with a pitch,
And the lucid words, became more concrete
as she stared back at the fabric,
with a smile tugged on her face.

A/N: Hi hello <3 thank you so much for reading till the end, this book has a special place in my heart, it was a therapeutic journey to write and I have mixed feelings about this book ending.
shameless self promo here but if you enjoyed this please care to check out my other books :D if you would like more poetry content I recommend "Dear Mr.Bully" I warn you though it's cringe worthy and unedited. I would also adore you if you read my latest book "Becoming Butterfly" and give some feedback on it as it's my first time writing a book of that genre and style.
Again thank you so much to you lovelies for reading and voting I love you all so much <33
