i come over
prepared and all
to welcome a feeling
i crack my neck
and close my eyes
and sigh,
pen resting on my lower lip
and seek for comfort
and look into the colored lights on your wall and
dig
deeper
into my mind.
trying to find what's special about me.
i'll lay in bed.
and take a rest.
while i try to feel different.
