Chapter 5.

Luna's P.O.V

"It won't happen again alright!" I yell at Donte' as he stands in front of my desk.

"I shouldn't have to tell you more than once what not to do!" He yells back, hands on my desk and leaning forward.

"Will you stop already! I already told you what happened!" I yell angrily, sliding my finger across my touch screen computer hard.

"An accident? Really Luna, that's not an excuse for your behavior." He says sternly.

"Yes!!" I yell, slamming my hands on the computer screen.

Donte' seems unfazed by my outburst and stands straight up with his arms across his chest.

"I got into bed and he was already there! I swear I didn't invite him or anything." I say, looking down.

"Don't lie to me Luna." He says seriously.

"Get the hell out of my office." I say, walking to the door and opening it for him.

He laughs lowly and walks to the door before stopping but never turning to face me.

"You allowing him to stay is an invitation so therefore Luna you are a liar." He says before walking away.

"Ughhh!" I sigh loudly before slamming my door shut.

I sit back at my desk and drown myself in work, through lunch, taking no breaks.

*Ring Ring*

"Jhlene speaking?" I say into the phone.

"Get up and come outside!" My best friend yells into the phone.

"Elle I'm working, call later." I say.

"Luna if you don't come downstairs and out of that bat cave you call an office I will drag you down here by your little ears until they snap off!" She yells into the phone.

"Low blow! My ears aren't that little." I say, sighing.

"Were going to that nice restaurant around the corner. So hurry up." She says hanging up.

"I swear this girl is crazy." I say to myself.

I pack up the rest of my work and my laptop into my bag, walk out of my office, get onto the elevator and head downstairs.

"Luna! Wait up!" I hear my coworker Theo yell, running towards me as I step off the elevator.

"Hey Theo. What's going on?" I ask, smiling as he reaches me.

"Just heading out, working late like you." He says, smiling.

"You should get rest Theo, your looking kind of tired these days." I say.

"Thanks." He says, scratching the back of his neck .

"Well I gotta go, Elle is waiting for me." I say, turning around.

"Wait I wanted to know of you'd like to go out sometime?" He asks nervously.

"Excuse me?" I say, turning around.

"We could get a drink or dinner, which ever you prefer." He says smiling.

"Im not sure Theo." I say uncertain.

"Come on Luna, I promise you'll have fun or I won't ask again." He pleads.

"Alright, fine. Dinner." I say, starting to walk away.

"Awesome! I promise you'll love it." He yells behind me.

"This isn't a date!" I yell back.

"No problem!" He yells back excitedly.
