Levi looked to the side of the carriage, letting his mind wander a bit. He hadn't heard from his sister at all. It was stated that she didn't report to her station in the morning. It's not like she got lost. She knew exactly where it was and how to arrive. So where was she? Was she even alive?
Levi shook those horrid thoughts out of his mind. He knew, even if the two weren't blood related, she could survive without him. She's done it before, she can do it again.
'You better be in one piece once I see you (y/n)'
'Coward, coward, coward.'
'How could you just stare?!'
'He's dead, Mike died, gone, deceased, passed.'
'And all you could do was.... stare.'
(Y/n) continued to blame herself for the earlier incident. She didn't know where she was going anymore, there was no Plan B for any of this. Or maybe there was, but she didn't make it on time to hear any orders.
'Damnit! Where am I supposed to go?! Come on (y/n). Wise up (y/n)!'
(Y/n) shut her eyes, racking her brain for any answers. She remembered Sasha telling her where her village was once, but it wasn't any detailed directions. She just said it was located deep in the forest.
'Connie did mention once that his village was to the south from here.' (Y/n) jerked her horse towards the South. 'Please, someone needs to be over there...'
"Connie! Are there any survivors?!" Reiner ran over to the shorter boy, who was still standing in front of his house. "No... there's no one."
"It's all over... my home town. It's gone forever!" Connie exclaimed as tears began to roll down his face. Reiner's face darkened as he place a hand on Connie's shoulder.
"Hey. There's something off about this place. Has anyone spotted any bodies, or blood?" Gergar asked. Connie shook his head as Reiner responded with a no.
"I haven't either." Bertholdt said quietly. "How's that even possible? Titans rampage a village and not even one single drop of bloo-"
"That must mean everyone escaped! It means no one here was eaten. That includes your family." The soldier beside Gergar said. Connie's eyes widened, a smile beginning to spread on his face.
"O-Of course! That must be it!" Connie said. "Yeah. It's pretty unbelievable that Titans ate everyone with leaving behind blood."
