By some miracle, they had survived.
Mikasa, who had been no more than a few feet away from (y/n), somehow managed to shield her. Even though such efforts were made to protect themselves, the two soldiers still received heavy injuries.
Armin kept his eyes on the two unconscious girls. (Y/n) was laid on her stomach due to a wound on her lower back which was caused by debris. Armin faintly recalled hearing a story from Hanji about (y/n)'s alleged regeneration abilities. He wondered why they weren't working now.

Dreams weren't a common occurrence with (y/n), so it came as a surprise when images suddenly began to flash in her mind. Unknown voices filled the young girl's ears, filling her mind with strange phrases.
"An attempt to give the child coordinate abilities?"
"We should've known that such an experiment would fail! Now we have another disgrace!"
"The underground? She won't survive down there."
"That's the goal Frieda."
(Y/n) awoke with a start, immediately feeling the pain from her injury. She noted the increased number of soldiers on the wall, accompanied with several Military Police.
Commander Erwin had already begun to throw orders to his soldiers, a very obvious urgency in his voice. (Y/n) then came to the realization that Reiner and Bertholdt had escaped with Eren. That must explain the urgency..
The young girl hoisted herself up, her face contorting in pain as she did so.
"(Y/n)! Lay back down! Your injury is still fresh." Armin exclaimed, kneeling beside her. She swatted him away as she reached for her jacket.
"Eren's.. in danger. We need all... hands on deck, right?" She responded breathlessly. Armin was taken aback, unsure on how to reply. He averted his eyes from (y/n)'s face and looked down. He attempted to find solace in his boots, but as expected, he was unsuccessful.
The blonde boy took in a deep breath and looked back up to (y/n)'s eyes. With a determined face, he nodded.
"Right. Let's replace your bandages first."

I wrote the first one when I was like 12 ?? 13 maybe ?? for context I'm 17 now and I'd like to think my writing has improved and matured greatly
so reading back on all my old grammar mistakes was embarrassing to say the least 😭
but ya,, if u see chapters going missing or certain things being deleted it's because I didn't feel like they were important to the story
