01. BE OPEN! Just a heads up, this story WILL include characters that are homosexual and others that are homophobic (just for more conflict;)) so if you're not open about it, I'd suggest you don't participate in this AF as I don't want anyone uncomfortable or drama to start up over this:'))

I may use some, if not all, unselected forms for side/new main characters. Do note that whether you're a main character or side, I may tweak your character's district nine and personality a little. Of course, that'll be done with your approval:')
09. NO MARY SUES PLEASE!! Just gonna keep this short and sweet. I WILL NOT accept any Mary Sues, period. I will not be limiting you guys with slots (cause there are going to be A LOT to make anyways XD) so please make sure that your character has flaws too. Also, I would love accepting characters with really sad backgrounds/have mental disorders, but please don't make all of them like that:'))
