Dry Skin

The routine for dry skin will include lots and lots of moisturizing! Dry skin can result in early ageing, as well as more breakouts, so it's SO imparitive that you keep your skin hydrated! The routine I reccommend for a person with dry skin goes as follows :


-double cleanse ONLY if you wear makeup or play sports (cleanse once with micellar water if neither apply)

-use a toner

-moisturize

-use an oil or repairing treatment

-use a sheet mask 2-3 times per week, and exfoliate 1 time a week


This routine takes an estimated 10 minutes per day, and only do this at night time before bed, NEVER do this more than once a day if you have dry skin! I recommed using a sheet mask on Monday and Thursdays, and exfoliating on Saturdays.



NOTE : sheet masks can be replaced with face masks, its basically the same thing, I just prefer sheet masks because it doesn't include harsh rubbing to remove it.
