Clary and Alec : Shadowhunters (Completed)

Chapter Three

Tomorrow is clary and alec wedding  but when clary finished training with her brother she felt sick so she ran to her and alec room and Issy ran after her paranbiti and saw her threw up in the bathroom.

Issy: clary what is the matter
Clary: I might be pregnant can you do me a favour
Issy: what is that
Clary: could you go and get me a pregnancy test  and I will wait for you in your room so alec can't find me
Issy: yes of course
Clary: thanks

45 minutes later

Issy came back and alec asked her where she went but she said I have to go to my room bye and then she ran back to her room and saw clary on her bed and also then clary took the test and they waited 3 minutes and it was positive.

Clary: I am pregnant
Issy: that great
Clary: can you tell alec to meet me he knows where
Issy: will do

10 minutes later 

Alec came to his and clary secret place and he saw clary looking at her feet he kneeled  down in front of her and said

Alec: what wrong babe
Clary: I need to tell you something but I am scared you will not want to marry me tomorrow.
Alec: I will never leave you
Clary: I am pregnant babe
Alec: I am so happy

Today is the wedding day

3 hours later she cemoney  is over and they are having a party for everyone who is in the wedding party but half way threw the wedding party Alec and Jace were by the bar getting drinks and clary fainted and Issy shouted alec name and when he saw that his wife was on the floor he took her to the hositptal

Then when she woke up alec was there with her and said the doctor wanted to talk to us when you wake up I will go get him and about 2 minute later the doctor told them that Clary is pregnant with twins and she was so happy.

When clary was allowed she ran over to her brother and hugged him and she was so happy to see her brother and he was happy to see his sister and then she told her brother she was pregnant with twins he was so happy.

2 months later clary was in her and alec room and her husband walked in and she ran in to the walking in wardrobe and alec said

Alec: babe what are you doing
Clary: I don't want you to see me
Alec: why baby
Clary: I have put  on more wait I look fat
Alec: I don't care your my wife
Clary: but look at me
Alec: babe your beautiful
Clary: I love you
Alec: love you to babe

Clary is not allowed to go on mission until the babies are born but when alec goes on mission clary feel upset and one day Alec was with clary in the institute when clary fell to the floor and then she realised that Issy had been hurt so alec went to help Jace.
