The girl stops painting to look around and see that it had turned night. She walks over to a cave and leans on the wall while falling asleep.
The girl awakes to find droplets of water near the entrance

"it must have rained," she thought she turned over to see the man from yesterday leaning on the wall.

"You ready to go," he asked

She nodded ignoring the questions she had. Who is he, Why are you helping me, Wheres my mother?She shoved all those thoughts into the back of her head.

"Is that your blood or..." She started realizing he was caked in red

"both" he replied

and they went off into the woods

The man proceeded to train the girl for 8 months.

"stop and rest," the man said gruffly

The girl got slightly concerned it was not like him to give time to rest.

"Whats wrong," The girl asked

he didnt reply

She started to set up camp."Good night" she said to the man, he just nodded

When she woke up she found the camp abandoned except for a marked map and a bag of supplies.

The girl started walking again toward the village, toward her father, toward the end
