Just Another Girl

Chapter 17

Jenna flashed out of her room and into the hallway. She was looking down at the ground when she bumped into someone.

    "I'm sorry I didn't mean to run into you." Jenna stated, she looked up to see she ran into Jay.

    "It's okay." Jay said, he got up and looked down to see Jenna staring at him, "Oh, hey Jenna."

    "Hi." Jenna responded, "I'm so sorry for running into you."

    "It's okay. I'm used to girls falling for me."

    "Are you kidding me?"

    "Yes I am, but you're cute when you're mad."

    "Haha very funny."

    "Why were you teleporting away again? You do know that you aren't allow to use magic, right?" 

    "Yes I do know that but Jordan was getting on my last nerves. I had to get out of there."

    "Why can't you just walk out of the room like a normal person."

    "First of all I am not normal, second she could easily follow me if I walked away, and third it is a lot more dramatic if I teleport away."

    "Okay then." Jay smiled, he looked down at his watch. "I have to go meet up with Mal, Evie and Carlos, I will see you later."

    "See you later."

    Jenna was walking to her next class, when she felt someone tap her on the shoulder. She thought it was Jay and started to turn around. When she faced the person, she was angry. She bolted off before they could have a conversation.

    "Wait, Jenna." Chad said, running after her. He grabbed her arm so she couldn't run anymore.

    "What, Chad? I thought you were happy with Audrey."

    "I just wanted to see how you're doing."

    Jenna saw the look on Chad's face and glared at him, "You don't care how I'm doing. What you really wanted to know, is if I am really with Jay."

    "Fine, you caught me."

    "Well to answer your question: yes I am with Jay." Jenna smiled.

    "I am glad you're happy."

    "Thanks Chad. I have to go to class, see you later."

    "See you later."  Chad said, he frowned and watched her walk away. Miguel snuck up behind Chad. He walked to the side of him to see what he was staring at. Chad was still staring at Jenna when he tapped Chad on the shoulder and said, "You still have feelings for her I see?"

    "No, Chad Charming doesn't get feelings. Plus I am with Audrey now."

    "Whatever makes you feel better man." Miguel stated, he started to walk away but he turned to look at Chad, "I see the way you look at her. You have feelings for her."

    Chad laughed, "Then you need to get your eyes checked because I don't like her."

    "Fine, you don't like her."

    "Thank you."

    Miguel walked away from Chad and said something under his breath, "He totally likes her."
