2|1 : You're My HomeMy hands roamed the interior of my locker, trying to hide the nervousness that bubbled within me. Is he here yet? Do I look pretty? What will he think?
I don't know what was going on with me but after last night, something within me changed as much I hated change. To be very honest, I didn't take his refusal to kiss very harshly.
It just showed how much he wanted our relationship to matter if we took it to the next step. Maybe he would ask me to build his girlfriend today?
A million possibilities flooded my mind as I giggled to myself. Closing my locker, I leaned against my locker and sighed like a love sick puppy.
I was falling hard for him.
"Hey Tristen!" I smiled as I noticed him walking my way.
"Hey...." he walked past me, within even sparing me a glance.
What the hell? What was that all about? No eye contact? No smile? He kept his eyes on his phone as he walked through the crowd of students, giving occasional winks and waves to girls standing by their lockers.
I blinked a couple of times, clearly not believing my eyes. Did I do something wrong? Did he just forget the last week's we shared together? Those moments where we just stared into each other's eyes?
"Trouble in paradise?" A wicked voice spoke from behind. Whipping around, I came upon my favourite platinum blonde Barbie.
"Gotten over your presidential defeat yet?" I countered back with a smug look.
" At least don't use me right? I noticed how Tristen just left you standing there, bummer don't you think? I mean I noticed the weeks you spent together...I wondered what happened?" She twirled her straight bleached hair around her slender manicured finger as she sasahyed away in innocence.
She definitely knows something that I don't, I was sure of that...

" That prick you're in love with must be Kevin! I noticed how you both talk alot during class." My brother accompanied me out of school, making assumptions as usual.
"Kevin is my chemistry lab partner, of course I have to talk to him!" I threw my hands in the air, clearly annoyed with his wild guesses.
"Maybe it's Cole..." he muttered out, scratching his head in thought.
"He's gay for God's sake Zach!" We reached the gate of school.
