5. Announcements: RM

A FEW DAYS LATER

4PM / Kian and Jc's

Kian, Jc, Franny, Harrison, Sara and I all sat around the living room. We had been watching movies all day, and finally, I had started to get bored. I grabbed my phone and looked at the time, then I decided it wasn't too late to have a fun day.

I smiled across the room at Franny, who tilted her head. "Aren't you bored Fran?" I asked her. She caught the mischievous grin on my face and started to smile.

"You know what? Yeah. I am." she replied, returning the smile. I nodded and stood up. That was my cue.

"Alright lazy-asses, get up and get your shoes on!" I said. Franny stood up, but everyone else groaned. I got a whole bunch of little complaints before they got up and put their shoes on. We were gone within the next five minutes.

After going and grabbing food, I took them to a secret lake that my mom used to take me to when I was younger and we would go on vacation here- Lake Hawaiki. It was beautiful and had the clearest water you could have ever imagined, no animals go in it because there is no fish in it, but the bottom was all rocks, shells, and agates. It was like something from a fairytale. "This is beautiful" Franny said.

Harrison grabbed a pretty vine that hangs from a tree near the water, and looked at me. "Can we swing on this?"

I smirked, "uh huh" I said.

He went first and then Franny, then Kian, then Sara. They all went down into the water but I thought that the vine might break so I didn't want to. I have always thought that. "Get on my back" Jc said.

"What? They don't know" I said.

"About us?" Jc asked.

"Yeah, about us"

Jc smirked, "perfect time for the announcement" he said.

I giggled and got on his back, then he grabbed on the rope and jumped. I fell through the air on his back and it felt like I was in a movie. I had no worries. Just me, Jc, and the open air.

We landed with a splash. When we came up everyone was staring. I kissed Jc and smiled at everyone. "SURPRISE" me and Jc said. Everyone laughed.

We hung out for hours at that little lake. It finally felt like these guys were my new family. I was so excited that me and Jc didn't have to hide anymore.

We were arguing about having chicken fights, and Kian really wanted Sara to go against me. They argued for awhile and Kian just wouldn't drop it.

Then Sara blurted something out, "I'm pregnant"

"I'm not ready to be a dad" Kian answered quickly. Sara's face dropped and she started crying. My mouth hung open.

"Wait Sara I didn't mean it like that-"

"It's not yours, it's Harrison's." Sara interrupted. Kian's face dropped and he turned to Harrison.

"U fucking idiot, U FUCKING KNEW HARRISON! U KNEW!" Kian screamed, punching Harrison square on the nose.

"Shit" Jc mumbled diving for Harrison before drowned.

"You should've just let him drown." Kian mumbled, running out of the water and booking it for the car.

I ran after Kian. About halfway to the car, I finally caught up enough, "Are u ok" I asked him.

He looked at me with tears streaming down his red face, "nope." He stared down at his red fist and winced.

I looked up at him with tears in my eyes. I could practically feel his pain through his expression. "I should've warned u that she was like that but I thought she changed.." I said quietly.

"Shut up Taylor it's not your fault" Kian said as he pulled me into a hug.

"Kian" I said.

"Huh."

"U should get checked for an STD." I said.

We busted out laughing and walked back to the car.
