Pete's POV
"Calm down babe, it's just coffee." I try to calm my hyperactive boyfriend but to no avail. "You don't understand Pete! Joe's a really good friend. You'll love him!" Patrick says as he jumps up and down in his seat.
"I'm sure I will." Luckily he can't detect the sarcasm. We were supposed to meet up at 3pm and now it's 3:30pm. "He's late." Patrick glares at me. "He probably got caught up at work at the end, he did try and leave early to do this so shut up!" He's pissed off at me for some reason but I don't know why and I don't care.
"That's him!" Pat squeals as the bell goes signaling a new customer. "Joe!" He comes over with his obnoxious fro and sits next to Patrick hugging him tightly and ignoring me completely. Brendon's lucky that I'm doing this for him otherwise Joe would be a bloody corpse in the corner with his crimson liquid all over the white tiled floor and walls.
"Joe this is Pete." Patrick introduces me to him. "Hi, nice to meet you." He sticks out his hand but I choose to blatantly ignore it. "Likewise."
They chat and laugh and shit leaving me in my own little world until Joe says what I need to hear. "...and Ryan's having a party at his place tonight. You guys should come! It's literally on the other side of town and you can't miss it. It's the only four storey building on Ryden Street."
"Um I know where it is, Ryan and I have been friends for years but I don't know. I don't really like parties. Even if it is Ryan." Patrick says quietly. "Come on Patrick! It'll be fun."
"What do you think Pete?" I snap my attention back to them and smile. "Sure why not. Sorry, just thinking. I have to go now. Awsten wants me to go help him and Geoff put up a bookcase because they're both useless." I smile apologetically and excuse myself before leaving.
Ugh finally! Patrick's been really clingy recently and Joe's a smug shithead. I hate him with a passion and I can tell the feeling's mutual. It's ok though, him and his puppeteer will be out of the way by tonight and I can drop Patrick and be happy again. He's become leechy and I'm a bit sick of it. I need a change in scenery. It's all fake now.
I pull out my phone and text Brendon.
Brendon's POV
"I know where Ross is and we're taking him down today." Is the first words that leave Pete's mouth as he storms through the door. Sarah picks up her bowl of tuna, sweetcorn and whipped cream and leaves. "He's having a party tonight and pretty much everyone's invited."
"We'd hate to be gate crashers," I say with a smirk, "but let's help him set up for a night that no one will ever forget." Pete grins and nods. Mikey and Dallon arrived earlier so Awsten, Geoff and Otto can meet us there.
"Where is he?" Dallon asks. "The only four storey building on Ryden Street." Pete recites. Finally some good news! "He moved then. That's not a problem, at least we know where he is. Grab you're shit, we're going." My instruction is crystal clear and so is my intention. Ryan will pay for what he did, not just to me but to all of us especially Mikey. He needs this, deserves this and we can give it to him.
He can get his revenge.

Dallon pulls the key out of the ignition and we all pile out of the metal contraption and join Awsten, Otto and Geoff in the summer heat. "Ready to kick some ass?" Awsten asks. We all nod and set off towards the towering building. I walk up to the door and knock twice. Unknowingly Ryan opens the door expecting early arrivals but instead he's met with my smirk and gun aimed at his chest, no that is not a euphemism, I have an actual loaded fire arm.
