It has been two weeks since that whole incident with Jay, I haven't told Zion what happened, I'm not ready for that, I haven't seen or heard from Jay since it happened, hopefully, he went back home but knowing him that's probably not the case. On a brighter note, Zion and I have grown closer. I've only known this boy for less than a month but I can already tell I am falling for him. I never ended up asking Zion what happened that day he ghosted me, I don't think it's that important now and we can leave it in the past. The girls and I have gotten closer, we have a group chat on iMessage, every day they talk about how much Zion likes me but I play it off. They say that Zion is going to ask me out which makes me excited and sad at the same time, I'm not ready for a relationship, I can't get distracted and everything is just way too complicated and plus I can't date someone I've only known for less than a month. My Youtube is doing really good, I have around 15k subscribers now, I don't want to say I am leeching but it is kinda like that, people think Zion and I are dating so they seem obligated to follow me on all my socials media but hey, I'm not complaining. I've talked to my parents two times since I've been out here, it kinda makes me sad but hey I'm doing me and I know that they are supportive deep down.
Anyway since I gave you a brief update on how my life has been going I actually have a date with Zion today. He won't tell me where we are going but he told me to dress formally. He said he was picking me up at 5 pm and it's 2 pm so I decided to start getting ready. I picked out some sweats and then got ready then hoped in the shower. When I got out of the shower I wrapped the towel around me and checked the time, 2:30 pm, I have around two and a half hours, it's gonna take me an hour just to do my hair, I have to dry it since I washed it and I decided that I'm going to straighten my hair, which takes me about an hour altogether.
I dry off, put cream on and go ahead and pick out an outfit.

I decided on this summery look. I did my hair and makeup, I went full out today, I usually only do my eyebrows and put on some mascara but today seemed special, I put on some foundation, concealer and all that jazz, I was like a Youtube tutorial. I looked at the time as I finished my lashes, 4:55 pm. I quickly got up and grabbed my bag and made my way downstairs. Jessica wasn't there, thank god, I didn't feel like dealing with her. I got a text from Zion saying he was here, I go outside to see him standing beside his car on the passenger side. I smile, Zion looks me up and down.
"You look gorgeous," He says while leaving a kiss on my cheek
"Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself," I say while getting into the car. Zion smiles then lightly jogs over to his door.
"So where are we going?" I ask Zion while he gets in the car.
" It's a surprise babe," he says while placing his hand on my thigh.
I hate surprises but being with Zion makes it bearable.

I know this was a short chapter but I needed to update but if you don't receive an update from me in a little bit it's because I have a lot of school work and I am kinda stressing but I still wanted to update. I'll try to update as much as I can.
