Y/n's pov
I finally got to the store, I left my purse in the back of the local and walk to the front desk. There was Scarlet with a shine in her eyes like a little kid on Christmas, she run to me and said
"I am so happy you are going to the party tonight!'' she had a huge smile on her face like the first time in forever.
"Yeah, I just needed a good time out of the house. You know what I mean?" I said with a half smile.
" Of course I do, maybe you'll find someone" she answered with a smirk on her face.
"You are totally crazy, I don't want anyone" I said with a disgusted look
" ___(y/n) c'mon, you can't live like this anymore" she said a little bit annoyed.
"Scarlet, I appreciate that you care about me, I really do. But I am fine just on my own. I don't need anyone, I swear." I said to her with a smile
"If you say so, just know that I invite someone who might be interested in you." She said with her unique smirk, she's an amazing friend thought.
"Whatever, you are you. I still love you, thanks for everything." I said on my way to hug her.
"That's what friends do, even if you don't listen to me." She hugged me
"Whatever" I said laughing a little
"We should start working, the local will get filled up if we waste another minute" she said preparing the place for the day
"Yeah, we should" I said on my way to the coffee machine.
