jimin's pov:

"i'll protect you"
something about the way he said that to me, made me instantly feel safe in his arms. i knew that if i'm with yoongi hopefully nothing would happen to me.
"o-okay"
he grabbed my hand, and at that moment all the feelings came rushing back, the way his soft hand held my cold, small hand. the way he showed me his gummy smile and the way he looked at me not giving a damn that i looked like a chicken nugget.

we got back to his house, and jheez it was huge, like his di- wtf jimin, he told me to sit on the sofa while he made us some food. i didn't realise i was staring at him this whole time
"did your mother not tell you that it's bad to stare?" i heard him chuckle
i turned away blushing hard, i must've dazed off again because i heard the a camera go off *click*
"w-what are you doing"
"you look so cute, i'm putting it as my lock screen"
at this point i probably looked like a chicken nugget dipped in ketchup. i tried to grab the phone out of his hand but it was no use, he had put it back in his pocket, dammit stupid short genes.

yoongi's pov:
he tried to grab the phone out of my hand, but i sneakily put it back in my pocket. i had realised how close we were, and i felt as though my heart was going to beat out of my chest. why was i feeling like this? park jimin what have you done to my poor heart?

we sat down and began watching 'train to busan' i had no idea jimin was afraid of zombies, every time a zombie popped up on the screen he'd jump and squeal, i couldn't help snorting. we were right at the very end, gongyoo was fighting the zombie and all of a sudden he got bit. i looked over at jimin and i saw he was trying to cry quietly, biting his blanket. i brought him closer to me and embraced him in a tight hug,
"w-why di-did he have t-t-t-to die?"
"there there jimin, it's just a movie"
i pat his back, he was like a squishy panda that needed to be protected at any cost, i had seen how fragile he was under those fake smiles and laughters.
