Stressing tomorrow
Thinking 'bout yesterday
Distracts from today

Distractions kill you
Worrying will tear apart
Crying will blind you

Pain is only natural
We all experience it
No matter who you are

Death is like the ocean
It's unforgiving and cruel
But death gives new life
