Luke: It's been 8 years since mum died. Cut to Luke holding a woman's hand from a hospital bed, then, a funeral. Luke, Clyde, Rani, Sky, along with a few other familiar faces sit in church, before the cremation of Sarah Jane's body. But we haven't stopped defending the Earth in her honour. She may be gone but her legacy lives on. What happens to the world when Sarah Jane Smith is no longer among us? We do. I'm Luke Smith. Close up of Luke Smith. Sky joins him in the attic and points to a detail on a picture. That's my adopted sister, Sky. Clyde places some papers on Rani's desk as she works. Santiago sits on the floor and pats K-9 on the head. Our friends Clyde, Rani and Santiago. Our dog K-9 The team form a semicircle around Mr Smith, Luke in the centre. His lips can easily be read saying "Mr Smith, I need you" before the wall opens, revealing Mr Smith. and our supercomputer Mr Smith. We stop aliens from destroying the planet in the name of Sarah Jane Smith.
Maria: Luke? It's Maria. We're back. Me and dad.
Chrissie: And me!
Alan: Come back to America with us. You all deserve a break.
Clyde: This just in, Clyde Langer is in LA! No aliens, no running, just me, my friends, and the beach.
Androvax enters Rani.
Luke: Rani!
Sky begins to float and her eyes turn red.
Luke: What are you!? What have you done with my sister?
Dark Sky: I... I am Dark Sky... Feel my wrath...
A fireball shoots from her hand.
Gita: You won't believe what I've just seen! Metal men!
Possessed UNIT soldiers walk through Bannerman Road.
Kate: Our troops have been taken over by the Cyberplanner.
The Osgoods use their inhalers as they are approached by Mondasian Cybermen.
The Rani: Who might you be, girl?
Rani sits up and rubs her head.
Rani: I... Uh... I'm... Rani...
The Rani: How interesting. Because I am THE Rani.
Haresh: It's so cold.
Rani: It's more than that, dad. The Thames has frozen over.
Sky: It's another frost fair.
Clyde: I don't like it.
Luke: The fair? Why not?
Clyde: Not that. The fact that it's gone from warm summer to temperatures below a natural winter overnight.
Santiago looks up at a scarecrow on a spire.
Santiago: That's one creepy looking scarecrow.
Sky: It just moved.
The scarecrow walks towards Clyde and Rani.
Mr Smith: I am detecting an alien lifeform outside of the house.
Clyde: So we're on the hunt for Shrek?
Santiago: Who are you?
Watson: I'm... John Watson.
Moriarty: Peekaboo!
Sherlock: I know. I know who you are and what you do.
Luke: How could you POSSIBLY know?
Sherlock: I'm Sherlock Holmes.
Sky: But... Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character. And he's got higher cheekbones and he's much more... Cumberbatch-y than you.
Watson: What does that mean?
Luke: It means, Mr Watson, the game is on.
Santiago knocks frantically on a police box.
Santiago: Hello? Hello, police?
Nardole opens the door.
Nardole: Ugh, human alert, sir.
A hand pulls Nardole into the TARDIS and the Twelfth Doctor replaces him, eating a biscuit.
Doctor: No police here, sorry. Only Doctors, cyborgs and Bills.
Black snow falls onto a shaking Earth.
K-9: Analysis suggests that this is the end, Master Luke.
