I️ walk into vixens practice all smily and giggly. I️ have a girl friend! "Where have you been" Veronica says "I️ was running late" I️ say as my smile drops "You missed chem lab this afternoon too" she says smirking "I'd like to start practice" I️ say walking away "Everyone please positions. We need to practice the run through a few times. There having a spring rally I️ guess it's a new thing there trying and the principal wants the routine perfect" I️ wait and no one moves "let's go come on I️ don't have all year" I️ say shooing them to get into positions After a long practice I️ have one of the girls come on to me "Leah what can I️ do for you" I️ say "I'm quiting" she says. I'm shocked. She's been on the team since freshman year "no your not" I️ say "it's too much I️ have to" she says. I'm pissed "FINE" I️ say slamming the My locker inside the locker rooms "clean our your locker and get ready for your social status to be underground. I️ expect you uniform washed dry cleaned and returned by Friday" I️ say. I️ storm off — I️ go home and flop on too my bed. One of the main girls in our cheer performance just quit and now I'm screwed I️ get a call incoming call from Toni 💗 I️ answer "Hey babe what's up" she says "Ugh not much except one of my best cheerleaders quit the team today" I️ say "What why!" "I️ don't know she said it was overwhelming. She knows cheer is serious and she knows it's a lot of work" "That sucks. If she quit she isn't worth your time though" "Thanks. Hey do you wanna come over. My mother's out on 'business' and I️ really need some support to get through this chem lab homework Veronica gave me" "Sure I'm on my way"
She hangs up about twenty minutes later we are in my room doing chem homework I️ bite my pencil and sigh "who am I️ gonna get to join cheer squad so last minute. I️ built that routine perfect I️ need someone to take Leah's spot" "I'm sure you'll find someone anyone would be lucky enough to be on a team your the captain off" she grins "That's sweet But I️ really pull out my inner bitch when I'm in charge not a lot of people can take I️t" "Well since I️ can and I️ can put you in your place" she says laughing "why don't I️ join cheer squad" "Your serious" "Yea sure ive dance a bit how hard could I️t be" "Did anyone ever tell you your the sweetest person" "Well one person. You" I️ laugh and pull her into a hug "So how are we gonna go public tomorrow. Should I️ get balloons or a marching band" She laughs "I️ was just gonna putt something on instagram tonight and get the buzz going.
