Dr. Julia, it's Gretchen, sorry for texting you so late, especially on a Saturday, but I just got home from Ethan Butler's House Party. He's like the fourth sexiest guy in school, but such a douchebag, so when he asked me out of course I said no.
I haven't been on a date since Cliff Bumpus died almost 7 months ago when he was hit by a drunk driver on his way home college for president' s day weekend. We dated for from September 23, 2009 til Febuaury 15, 2012. Probably why I'm in Conselling too it's it's been hard ever since. It would have been three years Tomorrow.
Everyone assumed he would break up with me when he went to Ohio State in the fall, but he didn't. Rumor was that he cheated on me when he was at OSU, but Cliff would come back every chance he got to spend with me. Every other weekend he would have off, I would either go see him or he come up to see me.
Wanna know a secret, Cliff and I were waiting til Marriage to have sex. We told people we were just to get them off our backs. We were connected and loved each other in so many ways. When he held me close in his arms and kissed my lips I could feel I meant the world to him. I hoped that he knew he was my everything too.
Shit it's almost three am and I feel like I'm going to puke.
