You sat on a stool, after ordering a Shirley Temple.
"So, you plan on getting drunk, riding on some dude, you know, the basic regular?" Merritt asks as he sits meet to you
You laugh "Nah, not today"
"You sure" he winks, there a certain brown haired brown eyed dude who keeps looking at you
"Theirs a lot of those" you laugh a Merritt as he takes a couple shots in a row
"Their name is Jack"
You freeze. Only Merritt knew about your crush on Jack and he always teased you
"Shut up" you hiss at him, as Jack make this way ver
Merritt slips away as Jack smiles at you, hugging you from behind
"Hey best friend" h says
"hey" you grimace as he says friend
"I gotta tell you something"
"yeah?" You take a shot of one of Merritt's drink that he left behind shockingly
Jack turns your head and presses his lips against yours softly
You pull away, shred "Your drunk, Jack"
"im not, I swear Y/N, I really care about you and i'm sorry if you don't feel the same, I know this was a bold move, god I'm so stu-"
You press your lips to his, not wanting him to doubt himself any longer.

"I love you Y/N"
"Really" you smile and kiss him again
"Yes" he looks into your eyes worried
"I love you to" He smiles and you both kiss, enjoying the lack of space between you
"FINALY" Merritt says
"Shut up" you and jack say in unison
