Not What He Wanted

Chapter 1

Adamï had wanted a lot of things. To be stronger, to get back at Yugo. He never wanted to actually hurt his twin. "Adamï, I won't fight you!" Yugo said as Adamï stepped between Yugo and Oropo

Adamï glared at Yugo. "Who says that I won't still attack you?" He replied tightening his grip on the spear in his hand

"If you wanted to kill me you would've done it already." Yugo said summoning his shield "If you want to kill me go ahead and try."

Adamï yelled and charged at Yugo. his anger took over. He didn't even know what he was doing until he heard Yugo cry out... Adamï looked at Yugo. Adamï's spear had pierced his gut. If Adamï could be any paler, his face would've turned pale. He had stabbed his brother. Yugo crumbled to the ground and curled into a ball. Adamï's eyes widened. Regret filled his heart. "Yugo..." Adamï sank to his knees "What've I done?"

Adamï looked at the wound he had given his brother. Crimson blood spilled from it. "Ad..." the small boy said "I'm s-sorry." Yugo looked at Adamï and gave a weak smile. "I should've a-apologized sooner."

Tears formed in Adamï's eyes "No I'm the one who needs to apologize." He looked into his brother's eyes "I stabbed you." Tears fell from the dragon's eyes "I'm sorry bro."

Yugo's eyes began to droop. His breathing became sharp breaths. "A-Apology accepted Ad."

Adamï picked Yugo up bridal style and began to walk towards the door. "Where do you think you're going Adamï?" Oropo asked the dragon

"To get my brother and my friends out of here. I don't want any part of this anymore." Adamï replied coldly

"Dame Echo is a perfectly good Eniripsa, she can heal his wound."

"Like I can trust you anymore. My brother is hurt, my friends are hurt. I'm the one who hurt them." Adamï looked at the eliatrope in his arms. "I stabbed my own brother. That is something that shouldn't be forgiven, but that's not how my brother is. He can find the good in anyone. Especially me." Adamï looked at Oropo "Good bye." Adamï looked ahead

Dame Echo was standing in front of him "I'll take that." She said taking Yugo and flying off to her temple

"Yugo!" Adamï gave Oropo a death glare. "First you trick me. Then you take my brother. You have some nerve Oropo."

"So I've been told." Oropo said "Echo won't harm him. She's not big on hurting. Here's the deal. You want your brother back. You don't leave. If you leave or try to free him, he will be killed."

Adamï's eyes widened "You wouldn't dare."

"Would I? His life is in your hands Adamï." Oropo smirked under his mask "Do you really want to risk his life?"
