My lips curved into a smile,
When I saw her!
Sitting beside me.
She would listen to me,
Carresing my hair like a mother
And sometimes sounding stern as ever.
I fought with her at times
And found comfort at her words at other.
She was what we call a 'best friend'
And I her 'only friend'
We were different,
Yet the same.
She was the answer to my questions,
My only way out.
Clearing my confusions,
She guided me to the light.
She is the good,
She is the evil.
She is my subconscious mind,
My very own reflection.
** Sometimes the answer to the questions lies within ourself. We are never alone.There is a part of us which always stays with us. Wanting us to do things we never did, a other you, not a twin but a look alike. It lies within us, waiting to be out of the cage and wanting to move free, it guide us. We fight with it at times and sometimes laugh at the contrast. It could have a total opposite personality no one would have wondered you had in you. It is different from you, yet a part of you. She is within everyone. Never ignore your inner voice..for you may never know what lies ahead.. For she may be right .. For all you needed to do was listen to her.
