My mom had me shortly after she was sentenced and I was taken away. Your parents were good friends with mine and agreed to take me in because my dad was deemed ‘unfit to care for a child’ and I have no relatives that I know.”
Cameron immediately gives me a big hug and it makes me feel so much better.
