Imagine:

You're in the library looking for a good book to borrow. You probably look a little disoriented as a young man comes over to you, offering you help. You accept his offer and eagerly he walks over to a shelf with classics. He grins as you automatically follow and he chuckles at your reaction when he shows you the book he took out: Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
"I've read that book about a thousand times," you tell him, rolling your eyes.
"Well, I guess that this statement of yours is a clear hyperbole so I'm suggesting you read it again so that you achieve that goal of one thousand rereads. What do you think?" he answers, leaving you speechless. You hadn't expected this kind of answer, so you just take the book and leave, grinning as you walk out of the library.

A/N: this was so lame, I'm sorry. Also my apologies for not updating for, like, a decade or so. I'm a terrible human being. If you read this: thanks for sticking around, I appreciate it a lot xx
