Familiar Strangers

prologue

younghyun had done a very bad thing.

he had been best friends with jaehyung since freshman year.

they had gone through many ups and downs together.

they knew everything about each other.

well, almost everything about each other.

younghyun trusted jaehyung with his life (and vice versa).

but young hyun didn't trust jaehyung with his heart.

you guessed it, younghyun was deeply in love with his best friend park jaehyung, but he was too afraid to say anything to jaehyung about it in case it ruined their freindship - blah, blah, blah.

this could easily be a cliche love story, younghyun could confide in his friends (dowoon, sungjin and junhyeok) about his heartache, they could slyly suggest to jaehyung that younghyun could be the one for him. jaehyung begins to see younghyun differently and one night, under a moonlit sky, jaehyung confesses his newfound feelings for his best friend, while younghyun feels as though his heart could burst with happiness. their romance blossoms, a happy ending is on the horizon, everything is all going so well,

except it's not.

instead, younghyun does another very, very bad thing.

he hides his feelings.

only lets a select group of people know about them.

but he doesn't want to be rejected by jaehyung, ruining their friendship, all because of him.

so, one drunken night leads him to try a much more difficult and dangerous tactic.

but will this lead to a happy ending like one would hope, or leave younghyun with more heartache?
