Chapter 2: The Ruthless General

3rd Person POV

*Boom!*

Y/N are on the open field with the other men that was sent to the front lines but there losing too much men and tanks. Y/N ordered Benjiro to send reinforcements

Y/N's POV

Y/N:"Benjiro! Radio to base that we are pinned here!" I shouted to him to make sure he heard what I said because of the explosion outside the tank

Benjiro:"On it" he said then began radioing to base

*Boom!*

*Tank Explosion*

Daido:"Another tank to the right was Destroyed!" he shouted then maneuver the tank a little further back to gain cover. I look out on top of the turret and saw many of my fellow soldiers dying

Y/N:"That bastard general! He only sent us here to our deaths!!" I shouted and slammed my fist on top of the turret. Then I looked at where the enemy firing from when I saw their flank exposed 'Their flank are completely exposed... We could change the tide of war if I make the others follow me' I thought then stood up and jumped down to gained cover

Genkei:"Y/N! What are you doing!!" he shouted

Y/N:"Making an army of ourselves!" I shouted then started sprinting to the position of 3 Chi He Tanks with 2 Motorized Vehicles. "Hey!! This war will be lost if we didn't do something fast!!! I saw the enemy and their flank is completely exposed!! We could change the tide of war to our favor!!! Now!! Who wants to follow me!!!" I shouted and they all shouted and cheer in agreement

Soldier #1:"For the Empire!!" He shouted and ran to the front with the others to distract the enemy

Y/N:"Follow me!!!" I shouted at them and I ran back to tank with the other crew "Go to the woods we could surprise the enemy if we go there" I said to Daido the Driver... 'Why did that bastard even sent us here' I thought then a Flashback happened

Flashback Earlier

Y/N:"Hope we worked together for the incoming battles" I said when suddenly the General walked out the tent and ordered to his men

Haku:"Men!! There's an incoming force that will try to wipe us off!! But we need to act fast before they make their move!!!" he shouted to us then sent us to the open field until one of our Truck got hit by an artillery

After we got to our positions we suddenly pinned down by continues fire by some artillery then we lose 11 out of 15 tanks and 200 out of 500 soldiers until I had enough of this massacre

Flashback Ended

 I returned to my senses when we stopped and saw that the enemy still firing at the positioned where the soldiers act as distraction were. Then looked behind my shoulders and saw the men smiling and waiting for the order to strike so I returned the smile and looked back at the enemy and draw out my sword and raised it

Y/N:"For the Emperor!!! Charge!!!" I shouted then some soldiers charged to the enemy the tanks fall behind to be fire support and this made the enemy surprise and fear that they didn't shoot back until all their artillery are destroyed

*Bang!*

*bang!* *Bang!!*

The enemy started shooting back but I need to do something to make sure they surrender fast until I saw a pile of Oil and ammo near them

Y/N:"Seriously?" I said "Genkei! Fire to that pile of ammo and oil to our left near the enemy!!" I shouted then felt satisfied when huge explosion erupt to the enemy and saw half of them surrender the other died from the explosion..
