I managed to get sage to stop by my dorm before we went to the mall so we could ask if the other girls wanted to come. Everyone agreed to meet us there except for Penn because no one knew where she was.
"Are you ready?" I ask as we pull up.
"I am!" Ash says, "oh can I do yalls Make up?"
"You can do mine." Sage says and we all agree.
"I'll do make up." I say.
"Ok. Now let's go!"Maddy says.
"Ok." I say as she drags us in the door.
************* After a hour of shopping Maddy, Ash and I head towards the food court while Sage heads back to her pack house to put things away.
After wandering around we finally find the food court and Maddy points towards the ice cream shop, "found Penelope." She says laughing and I can see why, Penn has vanilla ice cream covering her nose and is giggling non stop trying to wipe it off.
I'm about to walk over to her when Ash grabs my arm stopping me. Jase walks up to her holding a napkin and wipes away the ice cream then hands her a new one. She takes one bite then smears it on him and dies laughing. He says something and her eyes get big and tries to run away but he grabs her waist, turns her around, and kisses her on the cheek. Getting ice cream back on her. She wraps her arms around his neck and buries her head in his shoulder.
Then Penn looks up and sees us and from what I can see she tells Jase. They walk over to us.
"Hey Harmony. Hey Maddy. Hi Ashley." Penn says looking down and at her hand in Jase's.
"Hey." I say.
"Look I was going to tell you that Jase and I were together but I. I don't know. I just never got around to it." She says looking at me.
Before I answer Ash speaks, "I knew something was going on with you." She points at Jase, "you were acting all happy and weird. You never acted like that before. You even started wearing different colored shirts instead of just black or grey."
Jase shrugs.
"Umm. Well. We're shopping for the spring dance. Do you know what you're wearing?" Maddy asks changing the subject.
"Yeah. I've had the dress for a while now." Penn says.
"Ok. Well I'm going to eat. Peace!" Ash says as she holds up a peace sign and walks off towards the Chick-fil-A shop.
"Umm. In then. I'm going to join her." Maddy says laughing.
"Ok. Be there in a sec." I say over my shoulder, "you better be careful Jase. I'm watching you." I say deadpanning him.
I sit down and wait for Maddy and Ash. Jase carries Penn out the door on his back as she sqeauls, her face red.
"So.... I guess there's ANOTHER couple in the group." Ash says shaking her head, "didn't see that coming." She says sarcastically.
"Well at least they were more unexpected than you and Caleb, and Grayson and I." Maddy says.
"True." I say waving a fry at Ash which she bites out of my hand.
We all laugh and eat our food.
When we all finish I look at my phone and see a meme Sage sent me and show it to the girls. We're all sitting there laughing when Maddy's face falls and she points over my shoulder.
I turn around to see what she's looking at and thats when I see it. Zavie is with Oli kissing him.
I can't believe at first I sit thier in shock then stand up and walk or the door next to him, making sure he sees me.
Maddy, Ash, and I get in the car. I hear Oli calling us but I ignore him and tell Ash to drive.
