Holy moly this one took awhiiilleee to finish! XD I felt like I was working on this forever. 😂😂😂 Here is a commission I did for someone of their pretty little granddaughter.
When I first saw the reference I thought she was so pretty I was actually nervous to draw her because I thought "can I do this pretty girl justice?" (◉Θ◉)
But I think I got pretty close! What do you think?
I took a couple of small liberties with the hair because it was hard to see some of the details. XD

I thought I'd start including the reference photos I use in my newer chapters. This was suggested by the wonderful WattPearl (´・ω・)っ♥ (Do check out her work btw, she's very creative and I think her work deserves more love! <3 )
But guuuyys! I'm sorry I haven't been able to post much last month, I have a solid reason though! It's kind of big news!! :D
I was hired as an illustrator for a children's book series!
Yes for realz!! Wooooo!

It's an educational children's book series about different places around the world and the animals that live there. It feels so cool to actually be illustrating officially for something that will be produced with my name and information on it!!! Aahhh!! :D
But yes! I've been putting most of my time into that project, unfortunetly I can't share any of what I've worked on until the book is published. So it hasn't left me with much extra art to share on here or other social media platforms this month. 😅
BUT! I have been working on a couple of paintings, a fanart, and also a mini clay figure in my spare time so I'll have those to share soon! :3
But it's going great! I can't wait to share more about the book later on. I'm really pumped up for this!!! I've always wanted to illustrate a book. *^*
I've trailed off a bit from the drawing for this chapter but I was too excited to share this news with you guys! X3
Hopefully I'll be able to be much more active on here soon, I miss wattpad and the people on here. Haha!
Ima try and schedule my time like a boss so I'll be able to upload on a more regular and consistent basis...and do more fanarts too! Though I have been delving a bit more into original art ideas. :D
