THE HOURS SPENT
LET US NOT COUNT THEM. XDThere was a day when I said that I might never make another tiny clay pony because of how tedious and time consuming it is...
But whenever any artistic challenge comes along my mind is always like:And before I know it I've signed up for something that's usually a much larger project than I anticipated when first visualizing it in the beginning.
Needless to say,
There was pain,
There was moments of frustration,
There was minor fangirling over tiny pony cuteness XD,
There were definite learning curves,But ultimately there was great satisfaction in making something unique and challenging!
I mean come on who wouldn't want to try making tiny 2 inch ponies and creatures at some point right?
Or is that just me? XDIt has been awhile since i last sculpted a little creature, I think the last time I did was that little earth pony from my last artbook. Remember her? :D
But I had someone approach me on Instagram awhile ago asking if I do art trades. (Which I typically don't do because ya know...life keeps ya busy. Lol)
But because my growth on Instagram has been fairly slow and I had wanted to get back into sculpting little cuties again anyways, I agreed to the trade on the conditions that I get tagged in a post on their instagram page with the finished oc figure. :D
I didn't realize it at first, but in the references I was given, she actually didn't have a white tail fluff at the end of her snake tail! (´°_°')
