"Boo...Boo...BOOBEAR"
Louis' eyes fly open in start only to find two large green ones staring back at him.
"Haz what are you doing? Go back to sleep"Louis demands while pulling the child into his embrace
"Noooo LiLi says hazzy go Pez. So getttt up"the younger of the two beg while gently patting the older lads cheek
"SHIT!"Louis screeches before stumbling to his feet
Some of his worry was washed away when he realized the 2 year old was already dressed.
"Harry? Babe did you dress yourself?"
The small boy giggles
"No boo. Lili dress haz and Ni"
The older lad sighs in relief before scooping the younger boy into his arms and heading downstairs. Where he finds a young Niall seated at the dining table stuffing his face per usual while Liam stood washing dishes on the other side of the room.
"What's going on in here"lou questions catching the attention of the other boys
"Lili made his famous pancakes he even added the little chocolate chips"Niall sputters out between chews
Louis gives the curly headed boy a look while approaching him with the youngest perched on his hip.
"Oh come on lou it's the first day of school. This year is important for Ni he's starting kindergarten" Liam reasons under louis' intense gaze
After actually looking at the younger lads face Louis couldn't even pretend to care about the pancakes.
"What time did you get up baby?"lou questions full of concern
"Doesn't matter lou"Liam shrugs it off
"It does matter Liam. It looks like you got little to no sleep and that's just something your little fourteen year old body can't handle. Did you have a nightmare? Why didn't you come get me? Are you nervous about school? You can always start next year it's not a problem."Louis rushes out
"Ugh yes it is a problem. You can't baby him forever lou, he's gotta grow up at some point. Plus he'll have us right Leeyum"The dark haired male states while emerging from the stairs before wrapping a arm around the younger of the three
"Yeah Louis I'll be fine you'll be just down the hall and Zaynie and Pez will be around. Don't worry"Liam smiles though it doesn't reach his eyes and the older boys take notice
"Fine. I just can't believe my boys are growing up. Next year will be your last year in the house zee. It's Li's first day of high school and My little Ni starts kindergarten. It's just too much"Louis exclaims while holding the youngest of the five closer to his side
"Always with the dramatics huh lou"zayn teases
Though he understands where he's coming from. It was also hard for him to watch his younger brothers grow up but he knew it had to be done. It was hardest for the older boys to let go when it came to Liam. He'd had it the hardest growing up and it'd had a huge effect on him though he would never let it show. He'd taken the leave of his mother the hardest out of all the boys. Niall was only a few days old so he didn't really know what was happening and harry wasn't even born yet. Louis being 13 years his elder knew it would come at some point. While Zayn never fancied the way the woman made his younger brother work for her love. Liam worked so hard to make his mother love him he did everything she asked of him and more. It still didn't matter in return he received nothing but cruelty and hate yet he still loved her.
That's what Liam did, he loved the broken things the most despite how hurt he got in the process. He loved his father even when all he did was drink and abuse him while corrupting his mother into doing the same. He even mourned the absence of the evil man when he decided his son wasn't worth the hassle. His older brothers rejoiced though they were almost never at the hands of the mans cruelty. Louis could actually go to a real university to finish getting his teaching degree in physical education, drama, and algebra knowing that the monster was gone. This only lasted so long because two years later he received a alerting call from Zayn who was only 11 at the time. He was forced to rush right back home though he'd only left a week ago from fall break. Their mother had fallen pregnant for the fourth time due to partying and drinking. So Louis was once again left to raise another child while finishing school online. Not that he minded much he loved his brothers dearly along with his mother who made it hard.
After Niall's birth something clicked inside their mother. One night she just vanished leaving nothing but a note that read

That was the last they heard from their mother up until about three years later. Louis was working a late shift at the pub across town and the boys were being watched by the neighbors and long time family friends. After an unsettling nightmare Liam decided he needed a bit of fresh air. That's when he noticed a bundle resting upon their porch. Curiosity getting the better of the young boy he goes to see what it is. He was surprised to find a baby wrapped in a ratty blanket with a note that read
"Dear Boobear
It's been a while hasn't it son? For that I'm truly sorry but in my defense I was never good at the whole mum thing anyway. Despite that I loved you and your brothers with all of my heart. My three boys. That's why I couldn't think of anything better than allowing my sweetest angle Harry Edward Tomlinson to be raised by you. He deserves more than I can give him. Birthdate is February 1st 2015. Please tell him along with Niall and zaynie how much mummy loves them.

As if she hadn't damaged the poor boy enough. She then makes it very clear that she doesn't love him also.
"Bite me"Louis sasses the younger boy
Who simply smirks before biting into a apple.
"Knock knock"comes a small voice from the door frame
"PEZ"Niall exclaims before jumping into the small blonde girls arms
Perrie Edwards long time neighbor and Zayn's best friend.
"Well good morning to you too Nialler are you ready for school"perrie question while tickling his tummy
The boy just quickly nods through giggles before being placed on the ground.
"How about you Li? Are you nervous? Scared? Maybe you should start next year."perrie rushes
"Oh for Christ sake! He's going to school now let's go we're going to be late to school and you'll be late for work so move move move!"zayn yells
Everything would be fine, zayn was sure of it.
Little did the boy know that things would be far from fine.
