Imagine Remus being afraid that you'd leave him due to the whole wolf situation
"Wait... What?" He stutters, his eyes going wide as he stops walking beside you and looks down at you.
"You heard me." You grin.
"So you're not - you're not afraid of me?" He can barely believe his own words.
"Of course I'm not." You grin, your fingers interlacing with his calloused ones. "I mean how could I be afraid of you... I'm just like you."
He looks gobsmacked, his mouth open and his eyes wide as he looks at you, trying to decipher whether your smile is mocking or genuine along with your words. After establishing that it's genuine, he relaxes slightly and sighs.
"Well then, lets go and be werewolves together then."
