A man leaves his house every day and walks to work.

One day he takes a short cut that passes a mental hospital surrounded by a wooden fence.

He hears the patients in the courtyard saying, "ten, ten,ten,ten,ten," repeatedly.

The man ignores it and walks away.

For a week he walks past the hospital and everyday the patients are in the courtyard repeating the word ten.

One day he looks through a hole in the fence to see what was going on. A small, long needle shot through the whole and stabbed him in the eye.

He yelled in pain as blood dripped down from his eye. Then the patients started to repeat a new word, "Eleven,eleven,eleven,eleven,eleven,..."
