Midnight Melodies (Raura)

Laura's POV:

I yawned as I opened the door to my dressing room. We just got done filming the episode of 'Austin and Ally' Real Life and Reel Life. I was still in my outfit from the last scene where my hair was up in a ponytail and I had on such dark, teenage movie clothing. It was almost midnight. Yea, our director made us finish shooting, then allowed us to leave. I don't understand why we couldn't have just finished shooting it tomorrow morning. Oh well. I guess staying up late is better than early rising. I walked over to my make-up table and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked sleepy and tired. I yawned again. I was about to walk away and start packing up to leave, when suddenly something on my mirror caught my eye. air was a small sticky note stuck up on the right corner. I walked closer to my mirror and carefully peeled it off. I brought it down close enough so I could read it. There was a note on it. It read;

Meet me on the set of Sonic Boom. :)

Hmm... who could this be from? I furrowed my eyebrows, then looked up. I set it down on the table and made my way out of my dressing room. I retraced my steps all the way back to the Sonic Boom set. Everything was still the way we had left it only 10 minutes ago. I looked around. There were only a few lights on that lot up the whole set just enough. But otherwise, all around me was dim. There isn't anyone here. Who could've put that note on my-

*Guitar starts playing*

My thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the sound of a guitar. I listened to the song that was being played. It was the 'I Think About You' song. I looked around. No one was in sight, 'til my eyes traveled up to where the practice room door was on the balcony part. There, Ross was standing, still in his vampire costume, smiling down at me. I furrowed my eyebrows as a slow smile started to approach my lips. I leaned against the Sonic Boom counter and watched as he began to sing.

Last summer we met

We started as friends

I can't tell you how, it all happened

Autumn it came

We were never the same

He then began to walk down the steps towards me.

He was now standing right in front of me. I stood up straighter and stared into his hazel eyes that had low gleams of light reflecting off of them.

I smiled, as he did as well.

I stared up into his eyes. We were now owed than ever, but still space between us giving room for his guitar. He gave me a big smile.

He strummed the last part of the song, then ended off with that very last soft note. I stared up at him with my jaw now lightly hanging open and my eyes still locked on his. He slid his guitar over his head and set it down on the counter. He looked back at me. I finally got out a few words.

Laura: R-Ross...

He smiled.

Laura: ... Why did you sing that? :)

Ross: *dreamily sighs* Because everything in that song describes how I feel about you. :)

Laura: *smiles wider*

Ross: *takes both of her hands in his* Look, Laura. The first time we met, the first time I laid eyes on you, the one word that popped into my head was beautiful. You seem to light me up like nothing else can. :)

I lightly squeezed his hands and looked down at the floor. I could feel myself blushing.

Ross: Everything about you is adorable. Your giggle, your smile... *brings his finger under her chin and slowly lifts up her head so their eyes meet* How shy you get when you blush. :)

I smiled. It was hard to look into his eyes, because it was true. I do get a little shy when I blush because, it just seems embarrassing.

Ross: You mean a lot to me Laura. You're my best friend. And... it would make me the happiest guy alive... if you would agree, to become my girlfriend. :)

My jaw dropped a little more.

Ross: So, will you please be my girlfriend? :)

Laura: Yes yes yes A MILLION TIMES YES!!! 'she says jumping up into his arms'

Ross's POV:

I smiled and caught Laura in my arms. She wrapped her legs around my torso and locked her arms around my neck. I couldn't be more happier right now. Her in my arms, right here with me, is all I needed to be happy.

Laura: And, what you did with the song, was really sweet. :)

Ross: I just wanted to put it of there. So you know exactly how I feel about you. :)

Laura: *smiles*

Laura slowly slid down and back onto the floor. I didn't let to of holding her quite yet.

Ross: Hey, one more thing.

She looked up at me, waiting for me to finish.

Ross: How about we try that Real Life and Reel Life kiss over again? :)

She gave me a wide smile. I could feel her bring my head closer to hers. My forehead slowly came down onto hers. I smiled.

Laura: I would really like that. :)

I smiled wider than ever before. Without any hesitation, I closed the rest of the space between us and sealed our lips together. And this time, it was a real kiss. A kiss that we both started putting passion into. And that was exactly what I wanted. Feeling her sweet, soft lips was everything I needed right now to be happy.

Hey hey guys! I feel like this was my most pathetic one shot yet. :/ Don't blame you if you feel the same way. I know that there aren't many Auslly one shots I apologize about that. I do admit I have more Raura ideas than Auslly but don't worry! I'll honk of something for Auslly!!
