Danica Henderson wasn't like most girls in Hawkins. She drove a hot Camaro and had a mean right hook when it was needed, She was like her father in many ways reckless , swore like a sailor, her friends were bad influences and she didn't give a damn about what people thought about her, She was blunt maybe a little too blunt at times but she didn't care especially when it came to what was right. But she had her mothers heart. Its beat was erratic and she fell in love easily. When she loved, she loved deeply and when she cared, she cared with every fiber in her being.
The last year changed her, after Will Byres her brothers best friend went missing her behavior changed a bit. She stopped partying every weekend, started hanging out with her brother and his friends more, she also distanced herself from her friends. Something that hadn't changed was her undying love and friendship with her best friend Steve Harrington.
It had been a crazy year and journey for the two best friends, knowing each other since pre K. In this journey Steve also fell in love with Nancy Wheeler. She was younger than Steve and a sweet girl but somehow managed to be so blind causing a rift by second guessing their relationship.
But high school had unwritten laws that were always followed somehow, So what happens when Hawkins new resident bad boy doesn't wanna follow them? What happens when he meets the girl that could make or break him.
