       AHHH FINALS ARE IN 1 DAY! Helppp am I writing dialogue correctly?!?! I don't know and if I'm not I'm going to do HORRIBLE! I'll google it anyways but still helppp! sorry for not updating
I only waited for a few minutes before Kody had walked up to me. Kody and I walked home and had a quick conversation on how each other's days went. Me and Kody didn't hang out that evening but decided to play a video game tomorrow. I went to sleep as per usual. Not so much on the waking up.
      Kody walked in and sat on my bed without knocking. Of course I woke up from that, instinct?
       "Kowgy?!" I asked, started.
       "Sorry for waking you up." He had a slight amount of emotion in his voice, I didn't question this as I was still groggy and couldn't process thoughts.
       He laid down next to me. But I didn't protest as I fell asleep. I woke up an hour later at 9. At first I panicked thinking it was a school day but it was Saturday! Then I remembered earlier. I looked around but Kody wasn't there. There wasn't any signs he had been there either. I have been having some weird dreams recently I thought.
I got ready quickly and made breakfast which was done by 9:30! I went over to Kodys room and knocked.

"Y-yes" Kody responded slowly
I went in and responded, "breakfast!"
"Why are you up so late? I ate at 7"
"Oh.. do you want to try it? I made crepes!"
"..No"
I left and ate my crepes with Sherry. At least someone appreciated them. Kodys dad was busy but I saved him some. I chilled for the rest of the day and only had a snack later without lunch because of my late breakfast. For dinner we had take-out Chinese.
       After dinner I went to the living room and turned on the TV. Kody came a few minutes later and sat down next to me even though there was a lot of room on the couch. We played an unidentified game (I don't want to say a game because how am I supposed to know what games they would play? Exactly I don't! I'm not trying to give them personality I'm trying to keep their personality) for a while then went on Netflix to look for a movie.
       Kody looked at me with a questioning expression, "why do you have so many Disney recommendations and family movies..?"
       "I don't know what you're talking about." I said as a grabbed the remote and clicked on Mulan.
        Kody laughed! He actually laughed! It was very quiet but I swear I heard it!
        "Kody! You laughed!"
        "I don't know what you're talking about."
        I laughed this time. We watched the movie and I didn't push it with Kody because I was really glad he was happy!
       We both went to our rooms and I went to sleep wondering what made Kody so happy, grades, new friend, etc.? The new friend idea made me feel.. bad for some reason I don't know why, but I ignored the feeling and went to sleep on the thought of Kody laughing.. he had such a cute laugh.

Sorry short chapter I just had to update, I'll update more in 2 weeks after finals are done and try to post maybe a 300 word one next week. :( 578 words whatever you think Kody was doing in his room he wasn't ;) ok so update I'm actually pre writing one or two chapters for the next two weeks so that you guys still get the goods
