Part 20

Part 20: Done and Over with.

1 week later.

Myricle's POV

So one week has past since Diggy and I broke it off.

I haven't heard a word from him so I was kind of worried.

About a couple of days ago his parents woke up.

I was glad to hear that and I went to visit them.

I told them how much I missed them and loved them even though Diggy and I weren't together I still was gonna show affection to his parents and they showed it right back. I didn't see Diggy at least once when I was there.

Now it was time for us to go back to college.

I was now packing my bags and talking to my mom.

"Baby have you heard from Diggy yet?" My mom asked watching me put my clothes back into my bag and putting new ones in.

"Nope." I said.

"Aww baby everything is gonna work itself out when you two get back." My mom said.

"You know what I don't care about Diggy anymore! If he doesn't want to be with me then fuck him!" I yelled sitting down on the bed.

My mom was shocked by the way I was acting about this.

This whole week I was thinking about the situation. So what if he doesn't like me anymore..I don't care. Except I do care I love him so much I can't just stop caring about him....I miss him so damn much. 😩

"Honey I'm so sorry." She said grabbing my hands.

"I miss him so much." I said letting a tear slip out of my eye.

Lea walked into the room.

"What's wrong Myricle?" She asked.

I put on a fake smile. "Nothing LeaBear." I said grabbing her up in my arms.

She smiled. "I'm gonna miss you Myriclewhip." She said.

"I am too but I'll be back on Christmas Eve." I said.

"Okay." She said with a smile.

I put her down and continued to pack.

My mom and Lea watched me pack.

When I was done I sat my bags down on the ground.

My mom said "Are you ready?" She asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"Okay , Lea go put on your shoes." My mom said.

We all put on our shoes and walked outside and put all my bags into the trunk.

This time was different because we didn't go get Diggy we just left.

When we got through all the security and stuff we got to the main area.

Since we were 10 minutes early we decided to go sit down.

When I got near the chairs I saw Diggy sitting down alone.

I was shocked to see him sitting there alone with no bags or nothing.

When he saw us he stood up and walked over to us.

"Hello Mrs. Jackson." He said nodding towards my mom.

"Hello Diggy. I'm gonna give you two space." She said walking over to the chairs and sitting down with Lea.

"Hey Myricle." He said.

"Hi Diggy." I said shyly.

I couldn't resist looking at how good he looked 😍😍

"I have something to tell you." He said looking down at the ground..

Uh oh this isn't gonna be good.

"What is it?" I asked touching his chin bringing his head back up.

"I'm not going back to college." He said.

I was so surprised I gasped and quickly took my hand from his chin. I gave him a confused look.

"Why?" I asked.

"I need to stay here and be here with my parents and besides I think I need time to think about what I wanna do with my life." He said explained.

I understand what he's trying to say but I didn't expect him to drop out of college.

"Well if that's what you wanna do then do it." I said this time I was looking down.

"Myricle I'm sorry how I have been acting the past couple of days I wasn't thinking straight." He said.

A part of me forgive him and the other part didn't.

"It's okay I forgive you." I said.

He brought my head up with his fingers. "I will always love you too." He said kissing me on the lips.

A tear came down my face and he wiped it.

"Goodbye Diggy." I said.

"Goodbye Myricle." He said.

All of a sudden the person announced that my plane was taking off in 5 minutes.

I quickly walked past Diggy and hugged my mom and Lea.

I then grabbed my bags and walked over to the entrance to the plane.

I turned around to wave and they waved back.

I gave Diggy one last look and walked onto the plane.

I was soon seated and the plane took off.

It broke my heart to leave Diggy in Atlanta. 💔
