Backstory: when she was 12, her parents threw her out for displaying slight magical abilities. She was thrown into the street and developed severe anxiety. She lived on her own, pickpocketing and stealing from people until she bought a house and got a job. She found her brother displayed the same fate, who was two years younger than her, and she took him in.
