~Gemini's POV~
I was studying for a huge English test and listening to music when my parents walked in. I took off my headphones and asked "What's wrong?"
My dad sighed as he sat on my bed "They decided you're not allowed to stay with us."
My mom stands there with tears in her eyes.
"No, they can't do that, I'm your daughter, you adopted me," I responded
"Sweetie, we're not going down without a fight. But we need you to tell us the truth," said my mom as she pulls out my green strand of hair
I sighed and said with tears in my eyes "I'm half zombie and half human"
My dad hugged me and kissed the top of my head.
"Nothing is going to change the fact that you're my daughter," responded my dad
"Why don't you have one of those Z-bands?" asked my mom
"Apparently I'm not zombie enough to have one, which is a good thing," I responded as Addison walks in
"They found out?" asked Addison as I nodded
"I'm mayor but that doesn't mean I'm not fighting back," responded my mom as she and Dad left my room
Addison sighed and said "I think I'm in love Zed."
"Nice, do you think he likes you back?" I asked
"I think he does," responded Addison
"Okay," I said as I picked up my book
"Oh by the way, I found out you and Zed are partners on your science projects," responded Addison as she left
Now my sister is going to be blushing a lot if Zed comes around her, great.
