16. {Her Emotions}

Toni-

"Where are you going?" She says blowing a bubble with her gum.

"I was gonna go to the whyte wyrm, what about you?" I say looking at her.

"No where important." She says paying for whatever she bought.

"Mysterious?" I say with a small laugh.

"It depends. But you, you look mysterious." She says blowing another bubble with her gum.

"I wouldn't say that. I'm just a serpent, but not mysterious." I say.

"Interesting. We didn't get to talk much that day, so what were you doing at that house?" She asks, starting to approach the door to exit, but she doesn't lose eye contact.

"I told you, I was with someone." I say also leaving the store.

"So you live on the south side?" She asks.

"Yep, I do. Does it matter?" I ask crossing my arms, as I stood near my bike.

"Not at all." She says lightly biting down on her bottom lip.

"Alright... well um I'm going to get going" I saw awkwardly.

"Actually, would you want to go do something?" She asks taking steps towards me.

I slowly walk backwards until the back of my leg hits my bike.

"Like what?" I say still in an awkward tone.

"Anything T." She says still approaching me.

I felt so awkward, to be honest I just wanted Cheryl. I wanted to go call her and pick her up, but I don't know how she feels right now. I just wanted to hear her voice, and see her bright red hair. I missed her badly, especially being in this moment.

She finally was inches apart for me, and she slowly put her hand onto my bicep.

"We can go get some drinks, or go to a movie." She says lowering her voice.

"Sure." I say quickly, then moving my body away from hers.

I didn't know what else to say, and I didn't know what this girls problem was. And I didn't even know her name, I kinda forgot.

"Just a real quick question, um, what's your name again?" I say making an awkward face at her.

"Heather?" She says looking at me confused.

"Heather, that's right." I say giving a nod.

I then get on my bike, I figured we would just drive separate but then she got on my bike. I felt her wrap her arms around me, and it was terrible. It was terrible because it wasn't Cheryl, it was practically a stranger wrapping her arms around me.

Ugh I need to stop complaining, I made Cheryl go to Veronica's. I need to give her space, and I should give my brain some space. Me and her were always together, maybe it's good just to give each other some space. She's still my girlfriend, and that's all that matters.

"So where are we going?" She asks.

"I guess the whyte wyrm." I say starting to drive my bike.

Eventually we made our way over to the whyte wyrm. As we got off my bike she looked at the place and looked concern, I kind of figured the rich north siders are always scared of this place. I don't know why?

We both walked inside and I saw a few head turns, I then spotted Jughead, and SweetPea. Those two heads were especially turned. I made my way over to them.
