                                                  Make your password a long word, with numbers. Numbers are essential. If the site can let you use underscores or other symbols, use them since most do not so it's not easy to guess. 
                              There's a link where you can go, type in your password, and it will tell you how long it would take a hacker from a pc to hack in. Test your passwords and make sure they're strong and out of a person's lifetime. If not, change them.
