Mark's POV
'Get up,' a harsh but not unkind voice said. God, he doesn't want to, he doesn't want to wake up and face what he's done to the only girl that he loves
'Hyung,' another voice said, this time gentler. 'Please,'
'(Y/N),' Yugyeom said and this was the only word that could have brought him out of his stupor.
'(Y/N),' he gasped, clutching at her name like how a drowning man clutches at a lifebuoy.
'We need to go and find her, do you know where he's keeping her?' JB asked and his voice was professional, business-like and everybody in the room could tell that it left no room for argument.
'I-I know,' Mark said, as he shakily got to his knees, his bewilderment slowly replaced with anger that was burning through his veins like a tidal wave. He straightened himself, blindingly determined and rushed out of the room with the rest of the members hot on his heels.
Your POV
'Hmmm,' the male voice hummed. 'It seems that your Prince Charming isn't coming on a white horse to save you after all,' he grinned and from the small amount of available light you could see, the day was slowly turning into evening, you would estimate it to be nearly 6 in the evening.
Every part of your body ached, especially your face, it felt almost swollen but you kept your tongue in check, knowing that the longer you held on, the longer you could stall and hopefully, Mark would find you.
If he even comes after me you thought. Despite your bold claims earlier, you were still worried whether he would come for you or not. Maybe he was already halfway across the world, running, you wouldn't blame him, it was the only way he could be safe. You would never blame him for running, you would do anything to make sure he was safe, to make sure he was out of harm's way and if it means going through this all over again then consequences be damned.
So, you sat back, and closed your eyes, praying for the one that you loved.
