[JOEY STANFORD]

Daniel was actually really sweet. He wasn't like any other guys I had met. That sounds really cliche but it's true.

The sun was starting to come out again. We decided to walk downtown.

We past some really pretty buildings. "So where did you go to high school?" He asked. "Sunset." I replied.

"Oh cool. I had a couple friends that went there." He said. "Oh, do you still talk to them?" I asked.

"No, not really." He replied. "How come?" I asked.

"Busy." He replied. "Really? What could Daniel Seavey be so busy with?" I asked.

"You'd be surprised actually." He smirked.

"Try me." I said.

"Well I'm actually in a boy band called Why Don't We." He said. My heart stopped.

"My brother Jack is in Why Don't We." I replied. "So your his twin right?" He asked. "Yeah. Jack and I are best friends." I said.

"Do you think he would be mad that we're like, on a date?" Daniel asked. "I don't even know. Let's hope he isn't." I replied.

"Why don't you guys have the same last name?" Daniel asked. "Because when my dad left my mom and I changed our names to my moms maiden name, Stanford and Jack kept m dads last name, Avery." I replied.

"So if your brother is in the same band as me, why didn't you know that?" Daniel asked.

"Wow you ask a lot of questions." I laughed a bit. "Well how else am I supposed to get to know you?" He asked.

"I don't have any social media." I answered his question. "Why not?" He asked. "Umm...bad experiences I guess." I replied.

"That's too bad." He replied. "Yeah." I said holding back tears.

*flashback*

I just lost all my friends.

It's so crazy how one person can change your entire life. Turn it completely upside down.

At the moment pretty much the entire world was against me. Everyone was believing all these rumours about me.

Untrue rumours spread about me. From a girl that I trusted with my life. I could never expect her, of all people.

I guess you never really know what people are capable of.

It felt like my life was completely over.

I couldn't stop crying. My pillow was drenched. I felt so helpless. There was no hope at this point.

I wanted to die.

Seems like what's happening is so basic. Like it's happened a million times.

That's because it has. Yet everyone's too blind to see it.

*end of flashback*
