Chapter 6: City Of Bones

Pandemonium

3rd person POV

Clary,Jace,Alec,Izzy,Simon and Davina were all looking for Dot.

They walked inside of the Club and didn't see anyone in it.

It was abandoned.

Clary runs away and Davina chased after her.

"Clary wait! Clary stop!" Davina said chasing after her older sister

"Where are you going it's not safe to run around here by yourself!" Davina asked.

"Two circle members took her they're going to hurt her. Kill her!" Clary screamed but jace stopped her and held onto her.

"Its too dangerous." Jace said

"She was just trying too help me.Trying to protect me and she's gone." Clary said.

Davina looked around the Pandemonium and there was broken lights everywhere.

The couches were empty

The curtains were ripped.

"Hey I'm sorry." Simon said.

"you don't understand for was like my big sister." Clary said.

Davina looked at Clary hurt written across her face

"Its not safe here we have to go back to the institute right now." Alec said

"Ugh Alec stop being so paranoid." Jace said

"so what now? Valentine has my mom and Dot. Ann's we're just going to give up? What about my memories?" Clary asked.

I looked at her with a confused look

"What do you mean by'what about my memories?'" i asked

"Her memories have been taken. A warlock wiped her memories." Jace said

"But there is another option." jace said.

"No absolutely not." Alec said.

"Don't even." Izzy said

"I'm not afraid of the silent brothers." Jace said.

"Yea but I am!" I said.

"I should also you for even thinking about going to The City Of Bones." I said

"Who are the Silent Brothers?" Clary asked.

"Shadowhunter with superior powers." I said.

I glared at Jace.

"They possess the ability to recover memories." Izzy said continuing my sentence.

"The process can also kill you." Alec said. "There's that."

"We've broken 18 Clave rules and now you wanna go to the city of bones? No way I won't allow it." Alec said.

"This isn't out choice to make. It's Clary's." jace said looking at her.

"Are you kidding? She hasn't even been a Shadowhunter for a day. She doesn't know what she wants." Alec said.

"Yea jace." Izzy said.

Jace looked at me "Dav?" he asked.

"Your putting our lives into the hands of a mundane who had no idea she was a Shadowhunter until 3 hours ago." I said

"You want her to decide fine she decides but when someone you care about dies than its on your hands." I said.

"Settles it." Clary saids.

"Yea this place isn't creepy not at all." Simon said

Izzy laughed

"Don't tell me your afraid." Izzy said

"I was born afraid which sounded better in my head." simon said

"Yea no kidding." I said.

"Do you ever smile? Or laugh? Or never sarcastic." Simon asked me.

"I doing know are you never annoying?" i asked.

"Wait here a minute I wanna make sure it's safe." Alec said

I went with him and looked around.

"Looks pretty safe." I said.

"I'll do anything walk through fire. Kill demons whatever it takes to get my mom back." Clary said.

"They're not like us." I said

You and I are gonna go in. "Jace said.

" will mind the mundane. "Izzy said.

" I'll walk around the perimeter to see if it's safe. "Alex said.

" will go with you. "I said

We all nodded and broke up.

" so how do you feel about Clary? "I asked Alec

" I don't know I don't trust her. "He said

" how do you feel about Clary? "He asked me.

" I mean I almost died because of her. But if jace trusts her than I doing care. "I said.

He nodded.

After we were done looking around we met Jace and Clary back at the entrance.

She was crying.

" what happened? "I asked.

" Valentine he's -he's my father. "Clary said

" Wait your telling me you come out of nowhere and Valentine ends up being your father? "Alex asked.

" you think I planned for my mother to get taken away? "Clary asked.

Izzy ran up to us.

" I can't find Simon. "Izzy said

" You were supposed to watch him.

"Is that the mundane name?" Someone asked we all looked up and it was a familiar face.

Raphael.

"Let him go." I said

He chuckled and took off with Simon.

"Damn it." I yelled
